The film
What you're actually buying
Paint protection film, or clear bra, is a clear urethane layer that absorbs rock chips, gravel, salt and scratches so your paint doesn't.
We install XPEL, and XPEL lists us on its official installer locator. Certified shops get XPEL's vehicle-specific pattern library, so the film is cut to the shape of your panels. Then we trim and wrap the edges by hand. XPEL backs the film with a manufacturer warranty, and we honor it.

How an install goes
Most installs take 1 to 2 days, start to finish.
01Walk-around
We look over the paint with you at drop-off and point out any chips already there.
02Wash & decon
Tar, iron and wax come off so the film bonds evenly, with nothing trapped underneath.
03Lay & squeegee
Film cut from XPEL's pattern for your car is laid wet and worked out by hand.
04Trim & wrap edges
Edges are trimmed and tucked around the panel wherever it allows.
05Final check
Every edge gets checked under the lights, then we walk the car with you.
Popular with Tesla owners
Tesla? Go full front + rockers.
Teslas are regulars in our bay. Most owners choose full front plus the rocker panels, which catch the salt and sand the front tires throw all winter. We trim around sensors and cameras so everything keeps working.
“The finish is clean and precise, with no bubbles or edges lifting anywhere.”
Back in 2018, a Model 3 owner drove down from the Traverse City area for a full-body XPEL wrap here, sensors custom-cut, about 2.5 days in the bay. Their write-up on Tesla Motors Club.
See our Tesla work →How long does paint protection film last?
Quality PPF typically lasts 5 to 10 years, depending on the film, the install and how the car is cared for. XPEL's manufacturer warranty on its film runs up to 10 years.
Can I start with a partial front and add more later?
Yes. Film can be added panel by panel, so many owners start with a front package and add rockers or more later.
Will I see the edge of the film?
On a full front, each panel is covered edge to edge and edges are wrapped where the panel allows, so lines are very hard to spot. A partial front leaves an edge across the hood, which is subtle on most colors.
When can I wash my car?
Give the film 72 hours to bond, then wash it like you normally would.
